      Pros

      Some hotel management companies are better than others. Some say they care about their people - but RHG truly cares about their people. Company bottom line is important but is significantly behind taking care of owners, being honest and ethical, and paying attention to the needs of the associates both corporate and property level.

      Cons

      With growth comes change; this is sometimes difficult but is part of the growth of any organization.

      They really care about their employees, they will help you grow and advance your career. Sometimes you have to remind them about your goals but they will get you there.

      Cons

      Sometimes a lack of communication, its still a young company and is growing very fast
