      Pros

      -Backing of a large hotel mgmt company -Provides opportunities for different training -Company-wide recognition of achievements -Ability to be promoted and move around the portfolio -Senior mgmt is interested in the growth of the company and its employees

      Cons

      -Benefits are NOT great. -Sometimes it felt like I was isolated from the rest of the company

      Pros

      Pay weekly, you can eat there no restrictions. Of you like junk food.

      Cons

      Pay to little for heavy work, too early shift. Supervisor protect some if the are from same country originally. Very unfair distribution of the off.

      Real Hospitality is an excellent company that cares about each and everyone of there employees from executive level to line level

      Cons

      They are a young company that is goes through some growing pains but they respond to them and find good solutions to any problem.
