Worst Mistake Ever

Pros

Flexibility in schedules especially for students going to school. Weekly paychecks. Free parking on site.

Cons

Complete disorganization. Being ran by a bunch of people who don't know what they are doing starting with corporate. No one is happy at this place including management. Unprofessionalism. Entire front desk management team fell apart. People are also easily fired at this property without no good reason. The pay is also horrible for all the workload.

-Backing of a large hotel mgmt company -Provides opportunities for different training -Company-wide recognition of achievements -Ability to be promoted and move around the portfolio -Senior mgmt is interested in the growth of the company and its employees

Cons

-Benefits are NOT great. -Sometimes it felt like I was isolated from the rest of the company
