Pros

- Great pay - You also get paid weekly! :) - Good work-life balance, despite being in the hospitality industry - Plenty of opportunities to grow from within - You just have to prove that you desire such growth - Above-property leadership doesn't feel too "corporate" - Fun work environment

Cons

Nothing significant enough to care about

Pros

The hardworking underpaid, overworked employees who work at back of house as housekeeping

Cons

Low work wage for high demanding hours and workload. There were multiple times I would have to work all day or night alone at the Front Desk with no bell man, no security, no manager, no general manager and no houseman on duty. I have held my pee and skipped my breaks to assist guests. Very unprofessional workplace; manager and some employees who are close with each-other would yell across the lobby to talk to one another laughing and killing time. On boarding experience was unorganized and HR was zero to none because they are not even on property. Often times you have to figure out on your own because no one ever tells you when you're training because it’s always understaff and managers are working under sister property. Managers favor only small group of people who work there because they kiss as*. Horrible and hostile work environment due lack of security on the property. They hire outside company for less pay and only schedule security for overnight. PM shift most of the night until 11pm when I'm working alone without security felt hostile and unsafe environment due to homelessness and drunk or drugged up individuals in the area that would repeatedly enter the hotel lobby to use bathroom or loiter in the lounge area. There were 3 housekeeping staffs in front of my eyes taken by ER ambulance/medic middle of their shift because these hardworking people are overworked and underpaid. All departments were understaffed, overworked and underpaid. One of the most unethical practice I witnessed was when Marriott Loyal Guests experience bad service and complained to Managers about their stay, their email addresses get altered so they can't leave bad review of their recent stay. I was shocked when I was encouraged to alter email address by the managers. I have a whole laundry list of more negative experiences about working with this company. I left this company with so much trauma. A company run but bunch of blood sucking owners and executives from hardworking working-class people. The GMs and managers working for the hotel that is managed by RHG are just puppets!

Pros

A pay check and benefits. Work peers were great.

Cons

A verbally abusive director who is allowed to behave that way. Very little training . We were told whenever Reaal received a bad review they had an employee write a 5 star review. It's usually written by a gm or operations manager
