Great commission split, freedom of self employment, App based programs for easy social distancing, no brick and mortar

Cons

100% on your own for all ads, signs, and marketing so a lot of out of pocket expenses, can be tough if you’re a new agent

We have a lot of online training and networking opportunities internally that I find very accessible and a valuable resource for new agents. No where near the "IT Brokerage" they say they are

commission and stock options if you qualify for them

Cons

getting paid on time - sometimes it took me 3 weeks to get paid on a deal, support is slow, payment is slow, dotloop is awful, App is the only way to update your website and it is painful to use
