Best tech team with strong leadership. Lot of work is on new/greenfield projects. 100% remote. Competitive pay. Unlimited PTO, 401k match, free health plan for employee and subsidized plans for family

Cons

Health plans for family costs little more compared to bigger organization.

- strong tech team and leadership - highly collaborative - majority of work is greenfield - competitive salaries - annual company retreat - 100% remote but still very interactive with team members - have direct impact on the success of Real - unlimited pto

Cons

- would be nice to have bi-annual retreats to see the team more - Health benefits are not particularly great but reasonable for a smaller company
