The industry is rough

Pros

Coworkers are nice and helpful.

Cons

Industry has a high turnover and burn out rate. Salary is not bad but not great for the amount of work. And at this company cost of living wages are only given to a few and is not standard practice. Also not much potential for advancement.

Worked from home most days

Cons

Low salary, overloaded workload, understaffed, and too many problems to list them all. They paint a great picture for clients and future employees but you will be more valued elsewhere.
