There is no pros about this place

Cons

You will never get a raise even if you deserve it, management is the definition of comedy, if you want to work at a toxic workplace this is the right place for you. This company is known for buying smaller companies and then laying off everyone in the previous management company because they don't know how to work, my advice is don't even apply for a position at Real Manage.

Everything seems great while in training.

Cons

Favoritism and productivity are used against you. There are cliques, and your reward for doing a good job is more work.
