      Nice offices and great technology.

      Cons

      Overloaded managers, disconnect between departments, technology driven interface that lacks human follow up and interaction. Association manager compensation driven by client billing for extra services, high turnover.

      We received $25 in company swag on acquisition.

      Cons

      I worked for a company that was acquired by RM. What resulted was cuts to benefits, paid time off, and retirement savings. Totalled to over 10k annually in lost benefits. It took 7 months to cash out my 401k after leaving due to blackout periods of one carrier to another.
