      Pros

      It is a smaller company (by employee count), but it is large otherwise. Lots of great automated tools to make the job easier. CiraConnect is a leader in the industry with their custom built software package and options that can't be beat. There is also plenty of opportunity to grow with the company, including the possibility of moving to other branches/states.

      Cons

      It can occasionally get difficult keeping up with the rapid growth of the company, but there are worse things to worry about in most companies.

      RealManage has provided resources and training to advance my career and continues to encourage me to set new goals to accomplish tasks to expand my knowledge and experiences. Executives allows employees new opportunities to be a part of the success of the company.

      Pros

      RealManage encourages all employees to improve knowledge, abilities and skills at all times. The company is very dedicated to their clients as well as employees. Exceptional and advanced technology resources make RealManage stand out in the property management industry. Strong leadership and company values have made made being a part of the RealManage family a joy.

      Cons

      I would prefer for the office location to be closer to a major highway as I currently reside outside of the DFW metroplex.
