We appreciate your honesty and hope that you shared some of the same sentiments with us through the Employee Engagement survey that we have been working on for the last few months. As far as the SaaS portion of our business (platform), our developer teams are always working to improve the system, from a new UI for the Resident section to the completely rebuilt and re-coded Management portal but we are always interested in feedback from users, including our own staff on how we can make it better. Again we understand your not wanting to share certain information for fear of reprisal, though we do not ever intend to use constructive feedback to punish an employee, but we would be interested in hearing why you believe the upper level leadership needs to be replaced, what parts of the negative reviews do you think are salient and how you believe we can improve. We can only get better if we understand what currently isn't working. Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. We do have centralized departments in our corporate offices and understand that this may not always be the quickest solution but as we grow and improve our processes we believe having centralized services will be beneficial.
