      Wonderful platform and company, Horrible Managers

      Pros

      The platform that RealManage Corporate set up is wonderful for Community Association Management. The tools are useful, easy to navigate and they give access all training materials by way of a key stroke.

      Cons

      RealManage does not either train employees they promote to management on how to manage people. The managers use vulger, offensive language regularly, they insult employees and try to guise it at play and fun and they demeanor newly hired, inexperienced employees publicly .

      Worked from home most days

      Cons

      Low salary, overloaded workload, understaffed, and too many problems to list them all. They paint a great picture for clients and future employees but you will be more valued elsewhere.
