RealPage is flush with lots of acquisitions, mostly marketing software companies. They have competitive products and is growing. Leadership is consistent in communication. Flexible and supportive of remote work.

Cons

The industry is Real Estate. The company feels like it is preparing to go public, so very focused on risk mitigation. Hard to move around, get noticed or promoted. Some organizations are headquartered outside the US, including technical roles.
