1. Poor HR -Employee relationship procedures in terms of understanding the employee concerns. 2. Never listen to employees and absolutely very late responses. 3. HR are Gender specific. If this is the case how we can claim it as Better Place to Work. 4. Poor salary hikes and Micro Management
