Realpage is not a great Place to work

Pros

Only work environment is good. Friendly and coordination good for only few products. Worst management. I cant say anything about Management.

Cons

Realpage was good before 3 years ago , but later the new management came, they are running as a service based, ruin the company's brand , culture and reputation. Many talented guys left the company, last 3 months there are huge firing, Only selected candidates stay with help of big wigs. Team good, employees are friendly good coordination. but few managers are not support on employee's growth no hikes intentionally put them into PIP plan. torturing the employees sit them longer hours. No other opportunities, you have to make it OR attrition to other companies if you want to upgrade your skills.
