There is amazing amount of talented employees in the company. This will become more clearer and important with the increasing focus on innovation. RealPage as product development company is taking lot of right steps to improve work culture, focus on innovation and making it a real international company that is attractive to work at. The leadership changes over the past year have greatly influenced this journey. New Country Manager, another Expat Leader being present during the transition, a changing focus on the way we work.. are all steps towards a great new direction. There are lot of growth possibilities for RealPage India and everyone in it.

Cons

Some of leaders in India (directors and managers) need better coaching to provide good leadership for location. As a direct result of this challenge, lot of the decisions made at leadership level, do not make their way down to the teams effectively. Decisions are made very slowly, and some of the processes and systems are very archaic. For eg: the systems and processes used for annual reviews processes are outdated.
