Pros

Unlimited PTO for salaried folks, Inclusive and Employee Resource Groups make you feel included in a remote environment. Partnered with Habitat for Humanity but job site volunteer opportunities seem to be reserved for photo ops for C Suite and other leaders.

Cons

Revenue before people but constantly asking all employees to complete an annual survey so they can get a "great place to work" badge. Since selling to Thoma Bravo RealPage has cut tenured people for profit. Legal issues with the DOJ and other agencies regarding "rent fixing" software. RealPage has a reputation issue to address and unfortunately clients are leaving over it.
