The leadership in india lacks transparency and there is a high level of office politics that negatively impacts decision making. Recent layoffs felt arbitrary, and there is a visible lack of loyalty toward long-term employees. Raising concerns or providing feedback is discouraged and often leads to immediate termination. There is zero flexibility and no job security. anyone who questions the system is quickly pushed out. Senior leaders often overshadow the efforts of the actual contributors.
