I am deeply disappointed with how this company recently handled its layoffs. Despite having many talented and dedicated employees, the decision to let go of several high-performing individuals came without any clear communication or valid reasons. It is disheartening to see such excellent talent being dismissed abruptly, leaving both employees and teams in a state of uncertainty. What’s more concerning is the lack of transparency and care shown throughout the process. Many of these employees had contributed significantly to the company’s success, and the sudden layoffs not only affected their livelihoods but also morale within the organization. While I understand that companies sometimes need to make difficult decisions, the way this situation was handled felt unfair and impersonal. I hope the leadership takes a more thoughtful approach in the future to value and retain the incredible talent they have, rather than creating instability and frustration for employees.

Chief Delivery Officer is a joke and all great implementations were let go or left.
