Pros

The basic salary is good for the Philippine setting and the annual increase is something to look forward to.

Cons

Too many people watching out for you to make a wrong move. Few opportunities to move up if you are not part of the "gang". Hybrid work setup is a joke as it is only 1 day a week now. Management wants employees to excel or go above and beyond their expectations but do not show you what are the targets. It is no longer the company that made a lot of employees stay. Everyone is looking to get out.
