4yThank you for your post. I'm a little closer to the fire on the decision making. Having worked with 5 PE firms before Thoma Bravo, I have to say that they have been incredibly professional. They did not tell RealPage to lay off anyone. We decided to streamline certain functions earlier in the year. Right now we have over 500 openings around the globe and just last week made over 50 offers to new employees. We are growing the business and just set an all time sales record for the month of June. There are no layoffs planned and they had nothing to do with the raises that were given in March. Expect the company to expand revenue and earnings, acquire more companies which means more opportunity for those who stay and be a part of the journey. I hope you see this in the future.
