Business Outlook
Pros
-Vision for company and expectations are communicated monthly during town hall meetings. I really like the transparency. -Flexibility between in-office and remote work schedule is great. I like to work in the office, but it's nice to work from home when needed. -Strong upper management personnel. Within my org, this is the best management group I've worked with in my time at RealPage.
Cons
-The sense of community is lost with working remote. The company feels smaller when you interact with the same people. -Don't have many opportunities for team building. The virtual events have become a little stale.
