Thank you for your post....for the most part we are a WFH company at this moment and the good news is the team has performed and exceed expectations. The merit review cycle is in full swing. Happy to go over your personal situation with our team. There have been several cases of people leaving RealPage and wanting to come back. Cons

departments are silo'd, products don't always work as intended causing a poor customer experience that we have to remedy.
