The culture before but before I resigned, the culture changed because of the Clevel people they hired.

Cons

They do not care about current employees, the salary grade is no longer competetive, they are now requiring people to work onsite with a transpo allowance that is not permanent, they do not even offer shuttle services, or free parking, the management has lots of politics, and they continuously lie to its people. Yearly merit increase has been postponed for 2 consecutive years, people are struggle because of man power, hight attrition!
