Pros

The team was great, easy to get along with, and had industry leaders in this role for years. We were truly learning from the best, and the solution engineer team was a great team to be on.

Cons

The company was disorganized a lot of restructuring of the organization was done. Just like any company, you're just an employee number; mass layoffs happened in 2022, and there were more than 4 rounds of layoffs. A lot of their products were mismanaged along with the organizational structure. One of their biggest accomplishments as an organization was making that a customer can access all their products in one area instead of having separate logons (SSO feature), which shows that they are catching up to the future instead of creating it.
