The only pro is its completely WFH.

Cons

1. Night Shift - US timings 2. Pays in peanuts 3. No bonus, nothing. 4. Micromanagement 5. No profile growth, no major salary growth. 6. Not a single transferable skill can be learnt in any of the roles here.
