On time pay, annual salary increase (performance based), annual profit sharing, equipment provided, hybrid, 350k competitive HMO and ideal for those residing near Ortigas area. Your total leaves increases once you reach 5th year tenure.

Cons

Not that I can think of. I had a great time, just wanted to broaden my professional expertise outside the organization
