We acknowledge your feelings about limited departmental transfer options and your powerful sentiment about truly listening to employees and investing back into our people. We’re actively working on improving internal career pathways and creating more opportunities for movement across departments. Just as important, we’re committed to listening more deeply and responding more thoughtfully to the voices of our people through our Employee Voice survey. Thank you again for your honesty—it helps us grow. If you’re open to continuing the conversation, please reach out to the HR team, we’d love to hear more about your experience.

Pros

Flexible work hours and occasional remote work helped with work-life balance. Exposure to large-scale Salesforce implementations and end-to-end development. Great learning opportunities if you're proactive—wide range of tools and tech stacks used. Supportive peers and mid-level management in my team.

Cons

Frequent leadership changes led to shifting priorities and unclear direction. Limited career growth unless you're in specific high-visibility projects or teams. Compensation was not always aligned with market standards, especially in tech roles outside sales. Some decisions felt overly top-down, with less room for team input.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand that leadership changes, limited growth opportunities, and compensation concerns can be challenging, and we truly appreciate you bringing these to light. We’re actively working to create more stability, expand career development across all teams, and ensure our compensation remains competitive—especially in tech roles. We’re also focused on fostering a more inclusive decision-making culture where team input plays a bigger role. Positive change takes time, but we’re committed to building a stronger, more transparent, and people-focused organization. Your insights are helping shape that future—thank you.

Pros

Unlimited PTO, 401K, health insurance

Cons

The culture has evolved such that every day, we live in fear of being let go for absolutely no good reason other than the C-Suite is looking to "save money." But the C-suite folks get their big bonuses every year, don't they? Well of course they do! It's just like our government -- take Medicare and Social Security away so billionaires can have big tax cuts. Same thing, just a different bunch of selfish, self-serving people. "Great Place to Work" for how many years in a row? HA!!!! Not when you look at every paycheck as possibly being your last, despite truly outstanding performance reviews. Yeah, like Elon Musk's DOGE federal worker staffing cuts. Same crap.

It's good to know you acknowledge our unlimited PTO, 401K, and health insurance as valuable benefits. However, your comments about the fear of job instability, the perception of leadership incentives versus employee worth, and feeling disregarded even with strong performance are very concerning. We agree that transparency and trust are absolutely fundamental in any workplace. We are deeply committed to fostering an environment where every employee feels secure, genuinely respected, and truly valued for their critical contributions, regardless of broader economic factors or market shifts. If you would like to discuss this further, please reach out to the HR team. Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.
