Pros

26/05/17. Yes, this date is special to me as I've completed 3 years in RealPage. From 3D animator to Assistant Manager the journey so far is quite rewarding, full of excitement, fun, challenges and off course lots of learning!! - Stability - Rewarding - Continuous development - Friendly atmosphere - Fun @ work I would love to continue my journey with RealPage, for years to come!!

Cons

Had a problem with pickup transportation facility, especially in the night shift. Management took measures promptly. From Q4 2016 company has provided pickup facility as well. Also giving shift allowance for shifts other than general shifts.

Pros

Great offices with gym and cafeteria.

Cons

If you're a fast mover and want to make things happen, this place isn't for you. Too many layers of bureaucracy make it impossible. Very cliquey.

Thank you for your post and since you listed yourself as a current employee I am going to make a suggestion to you and all future interns, even though you wrote in past tense. Walk down the hall and ask your manager for more challenging work, go see them about your ideas, what is it that you can do better, RealPage can do better. Yes, people are nice and helpful, but quit being bored. The company offered you a job, but expand it, then it won't "suck". I can come up with more projects that I could use some help on that are game changers. Be a game changer. Sincerely, Kurt Twining
