Pros

I truly appreciate the way RealPage India invests in its employees’ development. The tuition reimbursement program is a standout benefit that reflects the company’s commitment to continuous learning and career advancement. The process was smooth, transparent, and supportive throughout, making it easy to pursue further education without financial stress. Beyond this, the culture here encourages growth, collaboration, and innovation. It’s motivating to work in an environment where professional development is valued and actively supported. I feel proud to be part of a company that not only recognizes hard work but also empowers employees to keep learning and evolving. Strong focus on employee development Tuition reimbursement program is well-structured and accessible Supportive management and collaborative work culture

Pros

Leadership in our department was great and the people I worked with were great.

Cons

Company was more interested in image than providing a valuable service. I frequently though business decisions were questionable. Outside of our department it never felt as though you were communicating with other adults. I would have left a lot sooner if I hadn't enjoyed working with the people within the department. Close to impossible to move into another position if you are good at your current position.

Thank you for sharing this feedback. We’re glad there were people and leaders who made your experience meaningful, and we’re sorry other parts of the organization didn’t meet that same standard. Your feedback around communication, decision-making, and career growth is important as we continue working to make the employee experience stronger and more consistent across teams.
