Thank you for your post. Obviously you are in sales. I'm glad you like your co-workers, your pay and the facilities. We have not had a commission complaint in over a year according to the Sales team. We do not, let me repeat, do not take anyone's vacation time away "without consulting" them. I'm not sure what event has happened in your life, but I have the same medical plan that you do, and I very happy to know that once my 6K deductible is met, it pays at 100%. My wife had surgery this year, and I was glad to have it. John Yager, SVP Sales Ops just had both of his knees replaced and when I talked to him on Saturday, he was very happy to know that the $75k surgery was covered. Insurance is for life events. If you feel for any reason, that you are not being treated fairly, don't put it on glass door.
