Benefits are good. 401K matching is pretty decent. Vacation time is good also

Depending on where you live, the drive can be a bit of a hassle

Planning a good route to and from the new office has been adventure for some as it seems that Dallas traffic is not slowing down. I'm sure you have your favorite routes down my now.
