      Pros

      RealPage is a great company to work for. I am currently employed and I am about to have my eight year anniversary. Most other employees are long timers as well.

      Cons

      RealPage has so many products, it is almost impossible to cross-train on each product in order to provide an overall positive client experience.

      Sounds like you have had a very good career at RealPage and congratulations on your 8th anniversary. I'm glad that you have had good leaders throughout. We are working very hard to train everyone on best practices so all employees can have a positive work experience like you have had. Not all managers are equally skilled, and we certainly do not condone any favoritism. In fact we work very hard to eliminate those type of practices. Thank you for taking the time to post.       If you like pretentiousness, you will love RealPage.

      Pros

      Pay, work with UnitedWay, location. Troubling and unstable cloud stack, especially technology from companies RealPage acquires. Sorry that was a con, the company is like that.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership. Dallas does not offer enough talented technologists. Horrible industry. Hard to go home every night and think you are making a difference in the world.

      I'm not sure how to respond to this post. Former employee, compensation manager, HRIS manager, benefits manager, Prosper Texas...that does not match anyone we have had working for us.
