It was remote at the time, and had typically good experience with project managers.

Cons

UX leadership did not make employees feel valued. Some leaders were very unclear with direction, and made some feel that we had to walk on eggshells with all design choices. Passive aggressive environment that I’ve not experienced with any other established design team. I did not feel fully valued or respected here.
