The application process was great! Patrick Hodge contacted me within a day to begin the interview over the phone. He had me set up within 24hrs of his initial call. I'm into my first week and the people I work with have treated me really well.

Cons

I've only been here a week or so. I think the IRA/401K could be improved but other than that, I'm pretty happy where I am

The culture of this company is great and will support you in any possible way. Friendly management, rewards & recognition, provides work from home when required. I have been working since 5 years and developed good rapport with majority of Teams. Being a senior person in the Product, my Manager respects my opinion/thoughts in decision making and guides me in every aspect for my career growth. HR has been supportive all the time whenever required.
