Very intelligent workforce. Growing company - the largest SaaS in the largest vertical industry. Great advancement opportunities for those that work hard and drive business ROI. Now investing in a world-class working environment for our corporate HQ relocation in 2016!

Cons

Have outgrown current space. Work process improvement opportunities exist.

Thank you for your post. Work, structure, process is our #1 opportunity as highlighted in the recent engagement survey, "Take this Job and Love it". Here is the good news, we received a tremendous amount of really good ideas from our teammates, and they are being categorized by each manager and function. The next step is to get them implemented and it will be a part of every manager's 2015 performance review. Kurt Twining

Pros

Great way to gain experience in the SaaS/Real Estate/Tech industries as a stepping stone. Lots of opporunity to grow and transition to different roles or departments. Outstanding people to work with and phenomenal niche industry.

Cons

Territories are feast or famine. Quotas and compensation plans inflated. Big learning curve. Limited support resources. Must promote yourself within or you will go unrecognized.

Thank you for your post and I am glad that you like the people you work with. I printed your post and shared it with the sales leadership team. I can tell you that on Tuesday of this week, the HR team met with several sales leaders to go over recruiting, compensation ranges, compensation designs that may address some of the concerns that you are pointing out. Some of the compensation considerations are for 2016. As far as territories and resources, please reach out to your manager and lets have an open discussion and get the opportunities on the table. A positive note is that AR3 sales folks and above participate in stock equity, which is not always the case in many sales organizations. Your advice is spot on and thanks again for your thoughts. Chaotic

Pros

Pay is very competitive for new hires (but not for employees that work their way up from lower level positions) and benefits are good but new employees only have a high-deductible plan option, which sucks.

Cons

Chaotic environment, old technology, infighting, business units are siloed, competing priorities, high employee and client turnover. Immature HR systems. Abysmal communications.

Thank you for your post. You can expect a business update, via a video link from Steve Winn, CEO in the next week. It will cover, first qtr results, acquisitions, new site locations for Greer, Cebu (Philippines) and the HQ move. It will also highlight the recent engagement scores and a sincere thank you for everyone's hard work. We did set up the 2015 medical plan as a single choice of the HDHC plan for all new hires. That is where the world is trending, I personally switched into that plan this year and it has meet our family needs. It also has the lowest premiums and yes it has a $3k/$6k deductible for the family plan. However you get the HSA plan with the HDHC which pays you $600/$1200 for the individual/family. As far as the move goes, we certainly explored several locations, including staying at the current locations and trying to expand our foot print. We know the new space will allow us to do so many things - we can accomplish building "neighborhoods of work". We will have a cafeteria, so people won't have to leave the office for lunch and there will be more covered parking. People will figure out the best way and times to come to work. You're post sounds like you also have several good ideas that you could share. I am open to buy you lunch to explore your ideas. Please give me a call ayc. Kurt Twining 972-820-4016
