The work was interesting and there was plenty of opportunity to learn new things
Cons
No opportunity for advancement, management can't make any decisions themselves--it literally had to go all the way up the chain to the CEO to get anything approved. Raises are based off a fixed amount distributed over a team, so if you walk on water, you will get 3%, but a 1%-2% annual increase is most likely. Company culture is sick. Really sick.
