      Pros

      Lots of growth in certain departments and lots of nice people.

      Cons

      Quit hiring people based off their Resume, they can be FAKED! Hire managers that have people skills and not head bashing skills. As my title implies, upper Mgmt. at RealPage does not know their left hand from the right hand. Communication skills are not weak, they are non-existent and you will be hammered for it.

      Pros

      The people you work with are really nice and care about you. The company always has something special going on to help you enjoy your work more and feel valued. They train you very well for your job. There are opportunities for advancement and pay raises.

      Cons

      The job can become slightly stressful if someone unkind calls in, but it's usually not too bad.

      Pros

      - seems to be a company that is respected in the multifamily industry - peer employees are easy to get along with and are very helpful

      Cons

      - being micromanaged - some departments are understaffed, some employees/managers very overworked - at one point, employees were asked to submit schedules of all the tasks they performed (by the hour) Also, a large number of recruiters have mentioned that there is very much a revolving door with this company - 2 have asked this exact question "oh did they have another reorg?"
