      Huge gap between technology and business

      Pros

      This is a perfect place for people who want a steady and secure job but are not interested in career advancement and opportunity to grow and expand their talent.

      Cons

      A technology company entirely run by non-technical business people who are completely clueless. Total lack of communication between technical and business team. Business folks are highly respected including the dumb and clueless ones (yes, there are so many out there) but at the same time, the technical folks are not well respected. Senior management is always reactive and never proactive.

      Pros

      The environment is very nice - equipment was new and clean as well as the facilities. Upper management was very friendly. Extensive but rigorous training - like boot camp

      Cons

      Say goodbye to any requested time off and hello to infractions! They have a rigid infraction program that they use to keep you from increasing $ and making bonus - if that does not work then they will change the rule for the day so you fail a shop and miss your increase/bonus. Then they have unpaid "classes" to help you move up - once you pass the class then you have to wait for another 3 month without 1 infraction to be eligible to increase. No matter how many times you come in early or on your day off - there is no pay back - if your late 1 minute...guess what?...infraction

      Pros

      Benefits - several positive changes made in 2012. Office surroundings help deal with the negatives with the company Easy access to company campus

      Cons

      Lack of communication 'Ivory tower' mentality and not willing to listen to innovations Senior managment not in tune with lower management Senior management looses its creditblity when promises/assurances are made and not delivered
