Higher salary compared to other companies. Getting promoted here is very doable.

Cons

Hybrid set up keeps on changing on short notice. Your once a week could become multiple times days a week.

Nice office at Richardson, Food cafeteria sometime available.

Cons

Many misleading and fake reviews, specifically 4 and above, created by fake internal reps. In reality company is having many products competing each other and to manage cost they are moving development to offshore. In reality company cost is less than $5B but purchased for $10B. Working with some old employees is real challenge with big attitude, they don't want to learn new things & married with old stuff. Some top-level people working remotely and doing side business & not available all the time. Management learned to ignore all this.
