Cons
The company has significantly declined since TB took over. Frequent RIFs create an atmosphere of uncertainty, leaving employees constantly being let down. Job security is non-existent, and merit increases are minimal (if you receive one at all). There’s a lack of support and communication is fragmented due to siloed departments. The company is focused on cutting costs at the expense of its employees, which has only worsened morale.
