      Pros

      Company tried hard to keep employees that wanted to stay. Business units seem well organized for their established business. Company recognizes when orgs are doing something right. Corporate communications are disorganized, but regular.

      Cons

      Too many employees left to keep things running had made it rough. Workloads high. Acquisitions are fast and furious, leaving lots of orgs in constant state of disorganization. None of the fun of a start up or venture backed firm.

      Pros

      I have joined RealPage 2 months back. Onboarding process is smooth. Teammates are very friendly and easy to connect with. As far now there is no negatives that I feel.

      Cons

      Try to include more people from other states. Most of the people are telugu only.
