      Virtual Interview Process and Virtual Onboarding - I advice to join Real Page, wondering why?

      Pros

      We are in a pandemic situation and people who are working never know what they will listen the next day about their job. Which is happening these days, but Real Page is open for opportunities if you really have talent and can prove yourself. If you feel that this is the only reason that I love to be in Real Page then you are mistaken, Real Page cares about their employees and ready to give support if anyone is affected with COVID'19 then we have covid coverage for Real Page Employees where I am not heard of any other company who is providing these type of services instead terminating the employees no matter how many years they are serving the company. That says Real Page is a Great Place to Work. Infact, when I was looking for opportunities in LinkedIn I got to know that Real Page is open for opportunities even in this pandemic, that says the confidence about the business that is heading over very well. Also Real Page offers many more benefits for their employees like Virtual Onboarding of employees, delivering all the required things directly to home once selected for Real Page etc. Wanted to know more... join Real Page and experience it on live as I did. Thanks to RealPage, Inc. If opportunity comes your way from Real Page, feel that you are lucky.

      Great Place to Work

      Pros

      Company maintain high standards. Work life balance. It is really a great place to work. Good salary hikes. Lots of activities, fun. Individual recognitions and rewards

      Cons

      Team level politics but not in all teams. Not everyone get US visit opportunity. Not much more to share.

      The worst place have worked so far.... "Bait and Switch"

      Pros

      When they laid me off due to "Cutting resources on the team" I was on my way out but instead of having to haggle with my pto I got a severance pay and ended up with three weeks PTO while I started my new job. Other than that there are no pros. My best day at RP was my last day.

      Cons

      Bait and switch, Poor management, Bad ethics, Can't seem to get things done in a timely manner due to infrastructure team and always changing managers. I was there a few months went through at least three managers, and three product managers. When I spoke with the Senior Vice President about the bait and switch they told me I was lucky to even have a job, though I turned down a counter offer to come work for this place. I do not recommend working here unless you want to be treated like a number, always switching project ideas and like to be treated poorly. I have worked for 4 companies now in my career as a programmer and so far this place is the worse.
