      Pros

      Work life balance Good work culture . Flexible timings. Ample opportunities to learn and grow. Friendly and supporting management. Everyone is reachable , even you walk in to MD room casually , discuss anything ,Give your inputs , they will listen.

      Been with organisation for nearly 8 years , that shows i really loved working in real page.

      Pros

      Company provides lot of opportunities to all the employees. We feel it like a balanced environment with work life balance and do not feel any pressure in this fast moving IT environment. Monthly Town Hall which gives lot of Updates about company and its development activities in the Market, this is very useful employees. All senior management teams are very approachable for any help
