We read one of the review stating against to US involvement in India Operations. Its clear now who is more worried now and started going against to DeFord and its true they are unable to digest this and started portraying themselves as positive (Managers and HR) in glass door reviews. Now they are in worry every action they do there is some one to monitor. We believe with Steve appointment those who are feeling as head and CEO's of organization will start acting and working as per their roles and start caring and respecting employees and rather highlighting themselves and spending time in writing positive reviews about themselves in social networking.

Worst management ever I have worked. Most of the people have job insecure feeling. Age old Technology. Salary is not that much as per the market. Won't get promotion until unless you praise the management. They won't accept the true words. Some managers here feel like they are whole and sole of this company. They don't care about the team. They simply want to highlight them self. No encouraging environment to work happily. There is no team collaboration. Company is good but the higher management is making it worst by hiring some managers who don't have the talent to work like professional.
