      A competent but behind-the-times company

      Pros

      Beautiful facilities, decent communication from executives, stock and/or profit sharing programs, allows telecommuting.

      Cons

      Some sections of RealPage seem to understand how to build a dynamic, adaptable company, but unfortunately these people are greatly outnumbered by the plodding, bureaucratic, unimaginative and unempathetic pencil pushers that really represent the RealPage culture.

We're actually quite proud of culture which is more than plodding employees....take a look at the recent engagement survey results for the company and then put that together with two Great Place to Work awards...I'm sorry you may not be seeing this excitement in your area..everyone deserves this.       There are lot pros but not necessary helpful for you.

      Cons

      1. Some old people have tremendous attitude and does not share anything, 2. Not sure what criteria’s executive use for promotion but people who does not add any value or failed are still in the company and played role like director, VP and now looking back in the architecture.
