BENEFITS! This company knows how to retain amazing people. They have thought of everything and continue to think about what else is possible. Everyone I've met so far has been genuine and open. I've seen a lot of business environments and RS seems to have, thus far, been able to maintain the engagement and feeling of deep personal investment by every employee while growing quickly and to a larger scale than where those traits are usually maintained. As a new manager in their organization, they have already invested in me many hours of management 101 training to make sure I'm comfortable with how they work so that the teams continue to function smoothly during times of transition. They have obviously been focusing on continually improving the on-boarding process and it shows.
