RealSelf is growing really fast and it is trying to solve challenging real world problems. It has a great company culture, very open communication channels between coworkers, including management. Many interesting problems to tackle, and a lot of work to be done. On a software engineering perspective, the company does focus on engineering goals such as investing time and money into security and everyone is trying to build a product that has a solid foundation.
Cons
RealSelf is still growing, and therefore mistakes will be made along the way. Everyone plays a huge role in the company.
