Pros

- Super Smart people - Great Product - Strong Brand with lots of Users - Great culture If you like being surrounded by the smartest engineers and others in tech, who are also open to collaboration with other teams, a danish quality of life and company culture, healthy food and other perks, realm is a great place to be.

Cons

- Management - no growth opportunity - no mentourship - company vision - product roadmap They seem to be changing things up for the better internally, I'm looking forward to seeing what is next for the company.

Lots of Missed Opportunities

Pros

Friendly, small team. Individuals have a lot of autonomy and flexibility in day to day approach to their work. Approachable founders, cool technology. Great benefits.

Cons

Significant culture shift at Realm over the past year - lots of departures, layoffs, and sense of floundering as the go-to-market strategy hasn't produced expected results. Cofounders have left a significant portion of leadership up to the CMO, who can be challenging to work with/under. Hired an SDR & AE team with no management in place - seems like a wasted opportunity. Still no sales leadership more than a year after the core product was released. Weak management throughout organization - lots of messy releases and sometimes tense environment to work in. All issues that needed to be ironed out a year ago, not today.

Pros

Great culture, strong outlook, superior to comparable positions at other startups. - Founders are visible, accessible and engaged - Strong mission and culture - Still room to innovate and be creative - Lots of space to learn and grow as the company scales

Cons

- The company is going through some growing pains, and priorities can shift often. All that said, I'd rather be in that environment than one that is 100% predictable and rigid. - Kinda quiet during the day but that will probably change once they hire some Sales Reps.
