      Pros

      There is a thick team atmosphere at iNovex. Everyone is willing to help each other and you are encouraged to try new things and share your ideas. The pay and benefits are great!

      Great health benefits, plenty of company events if that's your thing, very communicative management.

      Cons

      You are not assessed for pay increases or bonuses unless you fight for them. Your salary is 100% dependent on the contract you are placed in.
